Merge or Club related features in Cinnamon Settings

Hi - I feel some of the Cinnamon settings can be merged: (brought in as additional tabs)
1. Panel and Applets, possibly even Menu as it sits in Panel?
2. Desktop and Desklets
3. Hot Corners and Window Tiling and Edge Flip
4. Regional Settings and Calendar. IIRC, in KDE, Time and Date format is driven by regional settings.
There could be other settings as well. Please feel free to add your thoughts as comments in here or much better in
