Please go to Software Sources and under the Other tab untick the box for Medibuntu. Then do sudo apt-get update again.

Users on the other topic have been reporting that they can no longer open Software Sources, once they got the error about Medibuntu.

I went directly to /etc/apt/sources.d
and deleted Medibuntu from "official-package-repositories.list"
There was a warning not to edit this file but I did and now I
apt-get update with no errors.

Thanks to all
