Quicken and wine
When I try and install Quicken as user with wine nothing happens. However! If I try and install Quicken as root with wine it works, but my user can't access it. I installed Paint Shop Pro 7.04 and it works without any problems.

Re: Quicken and wine
Running any Windows based program as root is not really a good idea.
Edit: I removed what I had written here when I realized it won't work for a Windows/Wine app.

I agree totally but I tried that just to see if it would work and it did so now I need to find out why it won't work through user.Lantesh wrote:Running any Windows based program as root is not really a good idea.
