When I double-click a particular folder, caja begins to display the folders content, but then closes unexpectedly.
I have this problem with just the one folder. The folder is not all that big - 66 mp3 files. The unexpected close doesn't always happen - half the time, it caja opens and displays the folder contents normally. If caja does succeed in displaying the folder content, then it doesn't fail later (i.e., the failure happens during the second or two where caja is in process of displaying the folder content).
The folder content is the same as it was on LM15. I never experienced this problem with LM15, though.
I copied the folder to a second LM16 machine, and I find the same "unexpected close" problem to happen on that one too.
Any idea what I should look at (e.g., some caja error log)?
Thanks in advance for any help. Regards, RL

The syslog file will record an error when Caja crashes like that.Any idea what I should look at (e.g., some caja error log)?
