Emerald themes on Gnome [solved]
I'm trying to change my theme using the Emerald package that goes with compiz. I installed it from synaptic, installed a Mint-themes package that somebody gave me eons ago and it all works in KDE, but in Gnome it doesn't make any visible changes. Is it for KDE only?

Re: Emerald themes on Gnome
It should be universal. Are the window decorations changing at all? If not, press alt+F2 and run Install the fusion-icon from the repos. It will let you do this from the panel.
Code: Select all
emerald --replace

That did the trick, thank you.
