Hi all.
This is not urgent ok!
Basically Ive set the screen resolution in mint xfce as it should be. What happens is that the screen image is centred slightly off to the left and down from the top so that a window is off the screen slightly. Its only mildly irritating but would be nice to cure it! Ive tried altering the settings since and it now says under mintconfig 'You need administrative rights to change settings'
Any thoughts?

Er.. I dont know why but the screen image has righted itself without any intervention from me! It just took a few days! perhaps an update cured it?
