Automatix is probably not a great idea to include since it doesn't recognize the already installed apps, some of which it will give you the option to download and install.

Which fonts in particular ? Are they present in Barbara ? If not, how do you install them ?

He/she is referring to the msttcorefonts which you cannot under any circumstances distribute since they are owned by Microsoft.

I would suggest against including those.
