OK two ways to go and one I don't remember the details but it has to do with using your Vista disk "if you have one" to repair the MBR. The other is to reinstall Mint and then go into the Grub menu.lst and edit it so that Vista is the default system to load. Then you may be able to delete Mint and Vista still work.

No recovery CD/DVD? No problem, you can download a free recovery disc here:

NOTE: That disc will not restore an entire Vista OS!
