Desktop Configuration has changed.

After rebooting, the desktop configuration has changed. Before, it was:

After, it is like that:
desk01.png
Do you have any idea how do I can return to the previous configuration?

Otherwise, the menu was at the bottom, now it's at the top of the screen. I don't remember how I selected this desktop configuration.
