Hi Guys,
I've just noticed that the Application Autostart setting under Settings > Session and Startup keeps resetting to the installation defaults after a reboot, or shutdown-startup.
Not sure when it happened, but it must've been after a recent update. I only realised when I noticed system reports had appeared in the taskbar notification area. When I checked the Application Autostart a bunch of other unwanted apps, that I'd previously disabled were also starting.
Any idea what causes this and how I can fix it?
(Linux Mint xfce 20.3)
Cheers,
Mike.

Re: Application Autostart resetting to defaults after each reboot
I don't know xfce, but are you saying that if you add a Startup Application here:Application Autostart setting under Settings > Session and Startup keeps resetting to the installation defaults after a reboot
. .
Then it disappears after a restart?
Re: Application Autostart resetting to defaults after each reboot
Yep... When I disable certain auto-start aps, after a reboot/restart they are enabled again...
Re: Application Autostart resetting to defaults after each reboot
Which auto-start aps are X'ed again after you remove the X and do a restart?
