Linux Mint se desconecta de red

Tengo un Linux Mint bajo virtual box en Windows 11 Pro y en el que se están ejecutando varios servidores (mastodom, nextcloud y xampp).

Lo que sucede después de varias horas funcionando correctamente es que se desconecta de red aleatoriamente.

También sucede a veces que cuando lo reinicio, tampoco se conecta a red y debo reniciar varias veces para que se conecte.

No tengo ni idea de que puede ser debido y agradecería mucho si alguién me pudiese ayudar.
