Please open the System Reports app and click the System Information tab on the left. Your computer's information should come up in the right pane. Then click the Copy button in the lower right and paste the results into a reply window here so we can see how Linux Mint views your hardware.

Re: HDMI Monitor not working
How did your install end up with GDM3? Linux Mint does not use GDM3. It uses LightDM which is not even showing in your install.LinuxN11Dualbooter4 wrote: ⤴Mon Mar 25, 2024 11:26 am System:

The output you posted is showing Nvidia using the open-source nouveau driver. If you open Driver Manager, does it give you options for a proprietary Nvidia driver?
Is secure boot enabled? You can check by running the following in a terminal
Code: Select all
mokutil --sb-state
Code: Select all
Device-1: 2-4.4:3 info: DisplayLink LAPDOCK type: Audio,Communication,CDC-Data
driver: cdc_ncm,snd-usb-audio interfaces: 7 rev: 3.2 speed: 5 Gb/s power: 504mA
