LMDE 6 Freezes Up 1-3 times a Week

I've searched for answers, but every problem like this has a different solution.

I have been running Linux Mint for several years now. On LM 21.x, I ran it
on a mini pc with the default Cinnamon (Kernal: 5.15.x). I'm using LMDE 6
currently on a Dell 7050 optiplex, with KDE Plasma 5.27.5 LTS.

Neither system had discrete graphics but both were 64-bit. On both systems,
I've been experiencing freezes and crashes. There are two kinds: a frozen
screen when I reboot from hibernation and random freezes in the middle of work.

I disabled sleep so I'm trying to fix the random freezes.

Mint is my favourite distro but the crashes are driving me crazy. I am losing
open tabs and other things every few days. It crashed again today about 3 hours
ago.

I often have a video running in SMPlayer when a freeze happens. I can't Alt+tab
or access the desktop. The video freezes but the audio keeps playing.

I am pasting the output of some of 'inxi -Fxxxrz' as well as some output from
'/var/log/syslog' from the time of the crash below. Any help in debugging this
would be greatly appreciated.

KDE is not a supported desktop with Linux Mint. It is possible KDE apps you are using are causing interference problems.

If this is the correct link, the latest BIOS/UEFI for your computer is version 1.27.0. In your case, yours is so far behind there is a caveat, "- If your BIOS version is earlier than 1.7.6, you must update the BIOS to version 1.7.6 before upgrading to the latest version."
