64 bits, panel on second monitor?

I did a google site search and did not find an answer to this question: How do I add a panel to my second monitor? I had it set in mint 13. The only solution I've found is to use the hide buttons to send it to the second monitor. I would like a separate panel for each monitor. Just in case this migh...
