My new computer arrived today If I install the beta of Linux Mint 21 coming this week, can I seamlessly upgrade to the stable release once it comes out? Will it be identical to fresh-installing the stable release? Or should I just wait for the stable version? Thanks

I have a notebook with integrated Intel graphics (Ivy Bridge) and a discrete graphics card from AMD (7970M). I am unsure what exactly should I do to install drivers for both, how should I prevent them from conflicting, and how am I to switch between the two GPUs. I would appreciate some help.
