Re: Upgrade to 22
If I upgrade from 21.3 Update Manager to 22, everything in 21.3 is upgraded, and the only software added were from the software Manager, will all my settings remain the same? Will I have to reinstall added software's that I installed from the Software Manager?

Re: BAT0
Been there. The sensors command doesn't output the CMOS battery voltage for my laptop.
Not critical, no signs of bad CMOS, but would be nice to know before things go south. A bit of pain to get to the CMOS battery just to check it with volt meter.

BAT0
My laptops battery is BAT0.
I used upower -i /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/battery_BAT0 to determine laptops battery health.
How is the CMOS battery designated? I tried BAT1 with no result.
Can the CMOS battery's health be determined from the command line?

Re: Suspend
The time I had trouble w/suspend the laptop went into Emergency Mode. See https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=407018. Never resolved that problem. Corruption was suggested as the cause. I reinstalled creating a separate Home again and place contents of home from a previous backup there. Ran...

Re: Suspend

I think I will install on an extra drive, suspend, remove power and battery to see what happens. Nothing lost if it goes south. Never had problem with po...
