OK, I was looking at IPVanish as I used them for my previous Win machine. They were rather expensive though, around $30 a month and seemed to rely on servers around the Baltic region. I've had this problem with multiple VPN providers and as far as I know it could be caused a lot of things. In one case I believe it was because I had autologin enabled in Mint and Network Manager didn't manage to open the keyring properly. At least that's my theory since logging out and logging in b...
