Had the same issue, after 2/3 reboots, feature came back and works as before.

@URV, the 1px issue is only releated to the new Mint-X Windows border:



Of course, if you use another theme or the legacy theme, issue dissapears. If anyone knows where to edit and in which file to remove this border, it would be really helpfull.

All the story started with a latency bug of my bluetooth headphones. I tried to compile / upgrade pulseaudio to 11.1 version. Problem solved! When I start my docker container, because of a previous crash some gave me errors. I just stop them: dev stop backuper phpmyadmin then removed them: dev rm backuper phpmyadmin And start my container again. All boots perfectly, no more errors, no more network errors, no more cinnamon ...
