Ok, it says that my plugin is out of date and asks me to update it. You give me the instructions to uninstall it, but none on how to install it. Had a similar problem with another game running on wine. I fixed it like this: - open Wine configuration - switch to tab Graphics - and check the box Emulate a virtual desktop You can customize the Desktop size, but you don't have a fullscreen any longer. I hope this solves your problem. - num7 -

Its useful because it has the current directory as its working directory but terminal opened using Ctrl-Alt-T doesn't... Can anyone help me with this? Which file do you downloaded the steam_latest.deb ? How do you execute the file? Open a terminal with "Ctrl + Alt + T" or search in you startmenu for terminal. there was no .bashrc file at first, so i include it into .bash_aliases, but that didn't work.
I created and .bashrc as you told me and its working fine.

Hello everybody, i have to source the .profile everytime again after shutdown: . .profile I in include a function into the .profile which give me the ability to search online over the CLI. This is working fine, but only after sourcing the file. How can i avoid to source the .profile every time again...
