I run AntiX on my Intel atom n270 touchscreen netbooks. I just found out today Firefox 53 won't run anymore on linux with out pentium 4 cpu. Just a question. Did you pause the stream at any time before it quit. Because it will reach the end of the file being played and just stop. Meaning the stream needs restarting in mplayer.

For some reason the audio seems to now work occasionally when i restart my laptop. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't Maybe because your gear has 2 soundcard chips?
