I installed, also, the ScanerGear MP, to have the scanner, but I don't see any interface on my computer to scan using the printer connected by wireless. Do you know how to do that? Is the scanner detected? Via Terminal the next commands tells. scanimage -L sudo scanimage -L sudo sane-find-scanner

What's the reason not to use the UUID?
LABEL could be better. UUID is like a fingerprint, so it is unique for every partition. LABEL can be set and use like an user wants.
