USB and Media Card Readers not working

Hello

My two embedded usb ports and the back of my machine, my media card reader and my front side usb ports won't work. I put in a usb drive or external HD and nothing happens.

Any idea how to get this fixed?

Thanks

Re: Intrenal HardDrive won't mount

Hi

I do not have windows anymore. The reason I made the switch to Linux Mint is because my windows messed up.

Screen Resolution Detection

Screen Resolution Detection is not working for me, I installed Linux Mint early today and it will only let me go up to 1080*1024, when I know my 20' monitor can support 1440*900. It says unknown monitor, how do I fix this?

Thank You
