Re: Spice doesn't work from Virtual Machine Manager

I'm having exactly the same problem.

The strange thing is that it works in Xubuntu and Peppermint (my other machines) which are all based on the same Ubuntu LTS version as Linux Mint 18 Sarah?

Re: [Mint 16 cinnamon ] login delay problem..

After further investigation I noticed that unplugging my webcam "Microsoft LifeCam Cinema" speeds up the login process substantially.. Is it cinnamon/mdm that scans for my webcam after login? (I can see the LED on the camera gets activated... Does it film me during login? ) Any way to prevent...

[Mint 16 cinnamon ] login delay problem..

Hi, On my newly installed mint 16 cinnamon 64 bit I noticed an annoying delay (25-30s) after entering the password until the GUI show up. Anyone else having the same problem? If I login "manually" on the console (i.e. not mdm) and startx then the GUI shows up immediately. Checking my .xsession-error...

Re: tmpfs not mounted during boot?

Thanks for answering! I did modify the /etc/fstab My problem is that it will mount all filesystems except the tmpfs filesystem. Seems to me that this is a bug since this worked in mint 15. Does anyone else mount tmpfs from /etc/fstab and managed to get it workling in mint 16? Can someone confirm if ...

tmpfs not mounted during boot?

Newly installed mint 16 cinamon 64 bit.... Thanks in advance, Michael
