...is butt-ugly. Version 123.0.6312.58 (Official Build) for Linux Mint (64-bit)
Is there anyway to rollback to a previous version?
This one has changed the fonts, the look of my toolbar, the icons...damn it's ugly! Makes me want to go back to using Chrome.

Re: Grub again....SOLVED
Why are people suddenly so keen to hide the Grub menu? There are something like half-a-dozen threads on the subject pending on the Forum. The Grub menu is your friend. It's how you access Advanced Options, e.g., to boot with a different kernel. FYI, the current solution won't last long, as os-probe...

Older Windows 98 "games"
I have VB 6.1 installed, along with Windows XP and the required guest packages. Trying to run an older Windows 95 game that uses DirectX, but it will not render properly on the VM. Sound is choppy...no music...and the game is relegated to a small black and white window in the upper left corner of my...

No matter how much I try, I cannot get this piece of software to work for me. There are hundreds who swear by it and think it's the best thing since sliced bread, but I find it more frustrating than productive. I have a Garmin GPSMap 60CSx...granted, it might be an "older unit" but it has ...

You can edit the grub config, but with the win drive disconnected, in mint sudo update-grub, it will not find win and should on next boot, boot directly into mint. THAT WORKED!!! There was a black screen for the longest 5 seconds ever...but then the little green LM oval appeared and I was able to e...

Re: Grub again....
Just did a little experiment....entered the BIOS and selected the ssd as the first boot-device. Disconnected Windows HDD and at boot, I was presented with the GRUB menu. Selecting Windows returns an error, selecting Linux Mint, boots into LM which suggests that GRUB is already installed on the ssd. ...

I think you are saving to the blue 250GB SSD, which has 86 BG free. The red cruzer blade has only 60 GB free and is not being used. Yes...I switched BACK to the BLUE HDD when the Cruzer stick wouldn't hold the backup. RSYNC is selected... sudo du -shx / --exclude /home/daddy --exclude /timeshift Th...

Re: More Timeshift issues....
Deleted all backups and recovered almost 80 Gb of HD space...I was wondering where it was all going.
Do I have to backup my /home/xxx folder?
Why do I check them as EXCLUDE ALL FILES, if I want to save them? Doesn't EXCLUDE mean not to?

There's also this screen shot showing the include/exclude patterns...
This is the Properties of the Timeshift folder (same as above) but as you can see...in the time it took to post this, it has grown to over 58 Gb and close to 2.5 MILLION items...what the hell is this?

Not sure, but I haven't changed the include/exclude part. What are you including and excluding from Timeshift?
Also, do I need to have the stick plugged in at all times, or just when TS wants to make a backup?
