Re: Can't access Windows files [Solved]
You hit it right on ralplpcr! Had a bit of time this a.m., so i wiped the installation, created partitions with GParted (made smaller swap), tried to open Windows folder as before - still no go. So, after re-reading your last post, i opened Nemo and was able to access it this time. Thumbs up to you ...

Thanks a bunch!

Re: Installation of HP all-in-one scanner
Might be a long shot but hey!
Had long running issue with not getting HP LaserJet 1018 to work with Arch (Manjaro and Antergos) until someone suggested i type "hp-plugin" into terminal.
Without brackets of course, and it worked!

Re: How to divide SSD for Win7 + LM dual boot?
Here's the article i recently read about not filling Windows to capacity: 3 Things You Shouldn't Do with Solid-State Drives - Make Tech Easier - Don’t Fill Them to Capacity "To improve the performance o...

How to divide SSD for Win7 + LM dual boot?
Have 120G SSD with Win7 (including programs and data) and now have 51% room to spare for dual booting with LinuxMint.
Having read elsewhere it would seem that there really isn't any room for anything else than Windows 7 at this time.
Anybody else in same predicament?

Re: Future of Firefox Australis and LinuxMint
On the brightside of things, thanks to CTR and a friends tip here, i was able to finally get my star back! :) On the darkside of things, prior to that, i went to "customize" to see where those stars were and not a single option was available. Tried twice (restart) and still no go. Must be ...

Re: Future of Firefox Australis and LinuxMint
Classic Theme Restorer (CTR) doesn't bring Firefox back to the way we have known and always cherished it. The last hick was with regards to the star that used to appear in url box which basically told us if the webpage was in our bookmarks (or not). It's not there anymore and CTR or other add...

Re: Returning to Windows 7 after Mint Test
Evidently, this guy is not interested in your replies guys. No "thank you" is a bad sign. BTW, i had found an .iso for Windows 7 to download on SuperUser - took a while to find it, maybe it's not there anymore. Anyway, if a Windows 7 user doesn't know by now that he/she or both (ha!) has t...
