Re: Network Manager icon appears disconnected

I apologize for double posting but I felt the need to add this also. Re: Network Manager icon appears disconnected

Reloading the applet alone is of no use to display the applet connectivity status properly yet in another terminal ping works correctly. Also webbrowser works fine.

Re: Network Manager icon appears disconnected

Thanks for your reply. I edited the following file to what is shown below and rebooted the computer. I then suspended and unsuspended the computer. Network Manager still shows a 'disconnected icon' after resuming from suspend. Although command: (ping) and Firefox still do in fact work. /etc/NetworkM...

Re: Mint 19.1 Mate Firefox Seperators fail to appear.

I ended up discovering that for me enabling 'Mint-Y-Teal' in the Controls section does in fact allow for the separate markers in Firefox to appear. And the rest of the theme I am comfortable with.

Thank You,

Re: Verify .iso for Mint 19.1

All I did was paste into the sha256sum.txt file so I could compare it more easily after the terminal output. Then paste the sha.256.sum.txt.gpg output slipstick listed above into the sha.256.sum.txt.gpg file so I could compare more easily. Here are unmodified files ----> Mint19.1sha256.tar.gz Thanks...

Re: Verify .iso for Mint 19.1

Try downloading the sha256* files against, using right click > save as, and don't modify them. It's unlikely that the files have really been tampered with on the server, it's usually something the user did. If that doesn't work, check your downloaded hash file and signature file - they should look ...
