Module initialization will fail if the module is already loaded or it isn't installed, it is part of package pulseaudio-module-bluetooth

Why do you need the 5.0.9 kernel? Some part of that kernel is why dkms fails. If your hardware works with the 4.15 in the Update Manager I would keep using 4.15 as dkms packages may not work with the newest kernels

Have you tried the Airplane mode in Network Manager? I believe it saves to /var/lib/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.state

The entire line is one command, from echo to conf, use ctrl + c to get terminal back to normal
