I fix it.
The EFI partition was really corrupted, from a live-usb, a fsck -y on it fix the corruption, but a boot file was deleted.
I copy it from /usr/lib/grub/x86_64-efi-signed/grubx64.efi-signed to /boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu/grubx64.efi, then, a update-grub command, reboot, everything working

It's well plugged on the green port on the back of the pc . When i run alsamixer nothing appear mutted (MM), i have tryed to plug headphone, but i heard nothing on them too. And disabling Auto-Mute Mode have no effect.

I have removed nvidia driver and used nouveau, unplugged the graphic card, and used the embedded one, now it's ok.
I think the graphic card is too old and need an older driver.
