Re: Lost my Bluetooth control panel that came with LM

Came back like a charm. Seem to work fine, it pairs fast but it will not connect. It pairs to my headphone fine but won't connect. The mouse pairs and connect OK it seem that audio/headphone/speakers won't connect after pairing. Anything I still need to do to make this work? Thanks.

Lost my Bluetooth control panel that came with LM -RESOLVED

I had been tinkering to install a Bluetooth 5 adapter for some time and still no success, but in the mean time I think I cleared up everything and I suppose the original Bluetooth control panel as well. How do I get ti back if it is possible without reinstalling the OS. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Re: Cloning a smaller sdd to a larger one usind dd -RESOVED

AndyMH, Thank you for your patience. The outcome is as expected: success now I have a boot sector on my mint disk.
You saved my life from having to re-install everything. I will remember all you taught me. Thanks again.

Re: Cloning a smaller sdd to a larger one usind dd

I think I spoke too soon, my problem is not resolved yet as I thought it was. As I mentioned earlier I have a dual boot Windows 7 on one drive and Linux Mint on another drive. The boot sector is on the Windows drive. It used to use grub to give me the boot menu though. Changed the boot drive to the ...

Thank you Larry78723. Now I know how it's done. I used to add -Resoled at my last post and thought that's how it is supposed to be done, my mistake and thank you for correcting me.

Re: Cloning a smaller sdd to a larger one usind dd

It seems I have successfully cloned and resized my larger drive. Took out the old drive and rebooted. It boots straight to Windows. As I mentioned before the boot sector is on the drive where windows is installed. What do I need to do now.
Thanks

Re: Realtek_Linux_Bluetooth_Porting

I am back to my 5.4 kernel. I have decided that the supplier provide me with some kind of step by step instruction sheet or I'll ask for a refund. They confirmed that this adapter works with Linux but I never in my life expected that you have to be a hardware/software linux engineer to make it work....
