Thank you for the information. Yes there is a permit or not permit choice but when a click PERMIT it doesn-t hold and the choice appears again so ther e must be something wrong with the android samsung phone which is a year old.... And I downloaded Warpinator but it doesn-t detect any devices at all...

I connect my cell phone to the PC with the USB cable and the computer recognizes the device but does not show any files at all.
How do I configure the PC to transfer the some files into it...

Thank you all especially kevin987, which gave me the confidence to open de cpu and replace the battery (3v lithium) which I easily replaced and the BIOS is working fine now and I was able to boot the usb. So this solves the problem. SOLVED.

This seems to have solved the kernel panic, because I have used my oldest Acer laptop for 5 hours or more, and NO KERNEL PANIC. I removed Ralink for Realtek as you suggested. Thank you very much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
