I install mint on the 1 TB drive that comes with the HP Slimline and it work well

but I want to us my crucial MX300 SSD drive...

I just bought a not to expensive brand new HP Desktop and even if I set bios to legacy and not uefi, this new HP only seem to boot with the 1000 gig Sata drive it comes with

Any ideas ?

Usually if I put this SSD drive ( crucial) in any other pc it works / Boot

Hello, When using encryption on an HP Stream, either only the home folder or the whole partition ( mean being prompted to boot etc) My Hp stream freeze after a while If I only encrypt the SD card, no problem.. So I don<'t have the time delay option as in CINAMON

The commande is dropbox start -i
Can I add something to that to delay ? as the GUI do not allow to put a delay value in seconds ?

I am using Mint 18.3 last version last kernel. If I Left click the networking applet and click networking again then if want to turn on/off WiFi or vpn, everything always work well But if I left click the networking applet and from there, without going into networking, My changes are not reliable......

Yes, I read some comment on Amazon about the drive i am buying, most seem to provide cool tool to do it... I am receiving it in 1 hour

Is it important or crucial to recreate a SWAP file (once I cloned my disk to the sdd) , I read it is an old LInux or OS mentality that I didn't need a swap ?
