Big points if you can solve this mystery

Linux Mint 18.3 Just got a Logitech MX Keys Keyboard. Since using it my monitor no longer turns off. I can't work this one out, and wouldn't even know where to begin. I am using the provided USB receiver plugged into my laptop. Its advertised to work with Linux straight from the box. The other thing...

Re: Mint 20 Update Manager Missing the Tab Levels

I'm well aware of timeshift. Can anyone actually answer my question? Is there any information (detailed) about the new Update Manager and its functions I could follow?

Re: Mint 20 Update Manager Missing the Tab Levels

Okay. Then how does one manage updates? I went to the link, vague explanation. Updates come in Levels 1, 2 and so on. He doesn't want to just install anything, as the last time he did that when he rebooted he was met with a (initramfs) error that took me ages to fix for him over the phone.

Mint 20 Update Manager Missing the Tab Levels

Finally got my brother to switch to Linux. I'm still using 18.3 so its a bit hard to fix this over the phone with him. Sadly when I try a search engine and say 'Update Manager' all I get are results on how to install and upgrade to Linux Mint :P The problem is he doesn't want to make any mistakes wi...

Re: Getting an error message I don't understand.

I completely got rid of everything snapd and tmnationsforever related from my system. Did a reinstall of snapd and then installed tmnationsforever and tried to run it. Exact same error as posted in the OP. Been at this for 2 days now. Even Copy/Paste the error into search engines brings up nothing. ...

I find this topic interesting. As a frequent user of such sites as 8chan, 4chan, Voat were there is practically zero moderation, yet these sites are extremely popular, where its a free for all on any topic. Thick skin, quick wit and the skill to hold your own in a situation are life skills that I pe...
