Todennäköisesti pitää BIOSissa ottaa Secure Boot pois päältä.

Re: AMD GPU issues with Mint OS installation
I had similar problems with my Minisforum X400 (AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G). The install with 'normal' 20.2 Mint did work (dual boot with Windows 10), but the amdgpu drivers were not used. Eventually I ended up reinstalling with the edge .iso (kernel 5.11), and the amdgpu drivers get loaded as they shoul...

Re: amdgpu driver not installing
As mentioned if you install a 5.11 kernel (or possibly the edge version) you should get working drivers. amdgpu is a kernel module. As the inxi report shows in my first post, I am running the 5.11 kernel. I will try booting with the Edge version next. BTW, I know this is not Windows, I have not use...

Re: amdgpu driver not installing
I will try the Edge Mint live session and post the results.
Personally I have good experience with oibaf-PPA. It solved the problems with a Lenovo laptop, that was "too new" at the time (AMD Ryzen 5 2500U).

[Solved] amdgpu driver not installing
I have a new mini-PC, Minisforum X400 with AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G. Installed latest Mint, and added oibaf PPA to get fresh graphics drivers. But still it seems that proper drivers are not installed. At every boot I get message to run Driver Manager, but "no extra drivers are needed". What c...

Re: (SOLVED) Ideapad 530S Wifi not recognised after 20.1 install
Just a comment, no new suggestions:
I have almost the same Ideapad 530S, the AMD version, with the same wifi driver. And it works as it should.
Yes, having wifi power management off is mandatory. I also "dkms enabled" this driver, so it gets automatically re-included with kernel updates.

Re: Facebook Ad Blocking Techniques and Strategies
NextDNS is not something you run on your machine. You create your configurations on the site my.nextdns.io and then you specify this configuration on your device. I have made two configurations, one for more or less static computers (office iMac, laptop) and one for mobile devices (smartphone, table...

Re: Facebook Ad Blocking Techniques and Strategies
I'm using Firefox with add-on Facebook Container (and add-on Firefox Multi-Account Containers for other sites, like Amazon, banking, etc). Keeps them "contained". Of course, uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger are there too. In addition I'm running NextDNS with suitable blocking lists selecte...

Re: Which kernel on LM 20.1?
If you're on Mint 20, you can already install kernel 5.8 from Update Manager - View - Linux Kernels
I installed it yesterday and it works well.
If it doesn't work, it's easy to revert to the old one.
