Are you sure you have to use port 5225? Have you tried without a port setting or with port 3389?
Have you checked the settings in the 'SSH Tunnel' tab?

If the above answer doesnt solve your issue then consider the following: There have been a number of issues with remmina and the RDP protocol in the past and the repository version of remmina in mint is pretty old (version 1.4.2). Start remmina from a terminal with this command: G_MESSAGES_PREFIXED=all G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all remmina and try to connect to your office pc. Well I revived an old 32b pc with LMDE4 just 3 months ago. It runs fine for simple administrative tasks. Pro is that it still has a floppy drive
