For me as a home multimedia user, LinuxMint is ina class of its own, I donated 50 euros this month and I have never donated before. Well done to everyone for a great alternative to windows.

I upgraded to the Nvidia Module 430.40 today running Cinnamon 19.1 and can report it is much more stable than the 390.116 bundled drivers. Just newly converted to Mint 19.1 and it's running all my media as smooth as silk. I did try to upgrade from 17 to 19 and gave up.
