They've been blocking the more popular Invidious instances also. Gooble seems to be going all out on blocking lately.

Re: Opera Linux is yesterday's tech?

An alternative is to use multiple browsers of course. But that's a resource waste unless it is absolutely necessary. If you have a fairly new computer, it should have plenty of resources "to waste." I've always had more than one browser installed for as long as I can remember. Why do you ...

Where did the OP say he's using Trash as a backup? I don't see it. He was instructed to try to restore the files to see if that would work.

The "READ: How To Get Help!" page

I think the mention of "KDE" in the "READ: How To Get Help!" page ought to be deleted since Mint no longer offers the KDE desktop:

List what Display Environment you are using if relevant (Cinnamon, KDE, XFCE, MATE, etc).

If you're expanding the Windows partition, I would suggest to do that while booted into Windows (less chances of creating a problem). As for your other issue, I have no clue.

I'm out of ideas, but I can definitely say something is quite wrong. You say you did upgrade your kernel to the 6.5 series?
