Re: No Audio Input Logitech Pro9000
Thank you both,
I have installed both Cheese and Guvcview as suggested.
I now have a great picture on Zoom, on "Speaker Test" I can hear the Test sound.
There is no option to "Test Mic" although the test bar moves across when I speak.
Any ideas please?
Thank you.

Re: Partition the operating system - LM19
Sorry for the long delay in responding, I have had a few issues with this. But I am staying with LM19 because I am quite happy with it (I think). I partitioned the 2Tb drive. The partitions formatted to ext4 now looks like : sda1 – EFI System Partition (locked), sda2 – OS (Locked) sda3 – my Data (do...

Re: Partition the operating system - LM19
Thank you both once again, I am going to have to have a couple of days to digest what you have both said, I hadn't thought about LM20 because I am also quite happy with LM19. What I thought that I wanted originally was to separate my data from the system. I have partitioned, making what I hope will ...

Re: Partition the operating system - LM19
Thank you both, Just to clarify, I could create a new Folder in my new partition, cut and past the content that I have created in Home to it, leaving the Original Home folder where it is as you advise? Doing this would then enable me to re install LM19, getting rid of the bugs that I seem to have ha...

Re: Partition the operating system - LM19
Thank you LanceM'
Yes, the drive is formatted to Ext4 and yes, I can create, copy and paste to the drive.
Could/should I cut and paste my "Home! folder to the new drive do you think?
And thanks for your advice.
When I have sorted this out I will then get into Grsync.

Re: Partition the operating system - LM19
LanceM, Thank you, I have now partitioned the HD, and it looks more sensible. I'd now like to move everything apart from the OS into the new partition, or should I start a new thread? When or if I can do this, is it possible to reinstall LM19 without losing anything from the new partition? pbear, an...
