Create UEFI bootable mint disk SOLVED

Is it possible to do this from a working MIN 19 desktop? I want to show a friend mint on his win10 box without installing rufus or downloading the MINT ISO to his machine.

It completed, I tried reboot and got this response: "chroot to ->(system) # reboot

I rebooted this morning and the drives are listed differently but I think I modified your commands correctly.
