After one week i can't believe that this is not the final!?
Everything works great+fast here, no problems.
(The SIMPLY SCAN IMAGES did only PNG..but it doesn't matter)

-Floppy was found without "using hands"
-Digikam 0.10 is wonderful now
-winedoors running faster
-3D-effects are perfect

Oh...what happend? MINT 5 boots without the NVIDA-Screen. (Card is from NVIDA 7-Series) Then Wallpaper and only 2 Icons are there...nothing else to do. The system hangs at this point. I tried the recovery-mode and fix the xserver...but nothing helps. After that i installed/deinstalled other NVIDA-dr...

It worked, Cassandra comes back! After backing up my works i installed DARYNA. To my surprise now my CANON-scanner is working not only with GSCAN2PDF! I'm breathless, really great this 4.0!

What's this? It's faster!!! In our town we can only get a "half DSL1000"- so this is great for me. Installed the .deb and run...thanks for it!
