Re: How do I build from Source (kde-connect)
Thank you =)
Works great except for the plugin "Execute remote commands". But works better than my version, which was still missing a lot apparently^^
Again thank you for your help

Re: How do I build from Source (kde-connect)
No it doesn't work. Sadly I don't have time to keep trying right now. If I do and I find a way to make it work I will post detailed instructions. Right now it is installed but can't find certain classes, so it doesn't work at all it doesn't even connect to my mobile.

How do I build from Source (kde-connect)
KDE-connect 1.0 is out and I would like to use it. However it has not yet been added to the repositories yet. Here : https://albertvaka.wordpress.com/2016/08/26/kde-connect-1-0-is-here/ it says that it can be build from the source available here: http://download.kde.org/stable/kdeconnect/1.0/src/kde...

I am looking for something similar for Linux. Something that let#s me create my own Widget ( or I think...

As far as I know I have the normal KDEconnect-indicator. and as i said, it's already listed as an issue on github, that it is not working on newer ubuntu distributions and Linux Mint 18. What is the difference with KDEconnectkde5?

Re: KDE Connect
I have the same problem, apparently people with newer Ubuntu versions have it too. Let's hope the authors update the kde connect indicator soon.
