@ bushyiii, ....... I created the built-in tool to create a recovery flash drive and additionally downloaded the WIN10 ISO from the Microsoft site. Unless I misunderstand the recovery process I would first use the ISO to re-install WIN10 and then use the recovery flash drive to complete the process....
