still not working with nemo, seems like there's a flatpak version that is but i dont wanna switch to flatpaks, the flatpak version on linuxmint store says "you can send files directly from nemo" in the end, so it should be specific to this bug only, but i am not sure.

In windows i remember playing videos has no impact on cpu usage because of hardware acceleration, but i dont think its working on linux because cpu temp rise to 90+ deg c sometimes when i play videos or just use chromium, firefox stays cool but i know it also doesnt have hardware acceleration suppor...

okay so thanks to the internet i got my bluetooth running perfectly fine, issue was that broadcom's driver support isnt anything to write home about on linux. Here's the short and sweet link to the solution https://askubuntu.com/a/985016

Thanks, everyone. I went on to a Windows forum (thanks, grumpy_geek) and reinstalled windows, which is now fine. if it takes time before logon screen then disable quiet splash and see on exactly which process eats the most time, there can be many reasons for a slow boot so its better to first manually look upon bootup to be precise.

UPDATE: yeah, found out the culprit, here are the steps for anyone who will face the same situation in future 1. Go to uefi settings 2. Then go to advanced tab 3. Then open SATA configuration 4.
