backup tool : "you do not have permission" ? <SOLVED>

trying to backup my personal data with backup tool to a local hard drive, and having no luck - I do not have permission?

the time shift backup happens to this drive as wll and I can see that it is there.

No idea why I could not backup.

thanks, and yes, re the upgrade... I was upgrading from 18.3 to 19.2 but I realize that that setting is for the hardware. However apparently it went beack to the default during the upgrade?

I received the following error in doing the updates for the SSD

not sure what to make of this.

How to assign file locations to specific drives

I have a 500 GB SSD and 2 @TB hard drives. I think I would like to locate my media (files, ebooks, music, video, podcasts) on the first hard drive, and use the second for backups and timeshift data. I gave up on it. I had installed in from USB on another, older computer, but for whatever reason, I could not get it to work on this one, however, I simply installed it from DVD. That will do for now.

Since a few days my pages are printing blue. when printing test pages from the printer, printing is normal, but from the computer, all pages print out with a cyan background. I cannot discover any setting. The only thing I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall the printer, which I have not done...
