Answering myself... I did 'restore all systems to default on the panel and all my apps are back. Still don' t have a clue how I did it.

Somehow, I did something so all the app icons that were pinned to my start-up bar on the left disappeared, and I can no longer add apps to the start-up bar eiether.

The solution was more efficient outside of LibreOffice, first parsting the .txt file into a .csv and then to go into Libre Office and do the rest.
