Looks like you possibly have corrupted windows partition. Gparted comes with repair file system feature that might fix it. Right click /dev/sda2 warning partition and click Check.

If the problem is due to kernel update. Try this:
Hold shift to enter grub menu, go to advanced options and boot from older kernel version.

Yes but test results on https://appdb.winehq.org can be old so you should always check if the program or game works with latest Wine version.
