Any ideas on how to reset the HP M1136 printer or solve the problem? You can do this via the CUPS web interface by navigati...

The phone is charging from usb, but when I plug the mouse it just blinks for fraction of a second and goes off. As Decrepit said. I would look for yo...

Re: No audio, Linuxmint 20
I'm almost afraid to say yes. You don't actually need to. That simply writes the present configuration to /var/lib/alsa/asound.state. If you run cat /var/lib/alsa/asound.state you'll see if there's stuff already stored there. Did any new updates come in that might have fixed this? No, there was no ...

Re: No audio, Linuxmint 20
Previously I was using headphone, now have switched to speaker.
I dont have any problem with in between sound. Just wanted to convey that speakers do sense something.
No, I dont have windows installed but I can have one through virtual box if you want.

Re: No audio, Linuxmint 20
No sound. New url = https://termbin.com/xj87 One thing I want to mention that while shutting down and bootup the speaker gives slight sound, as if it sensed something. This happens with the local audio files as well. It seems that the speaker senses something but no actual sound. This is the case si...

Re: No audio, Linuxmint 20
Okay, the first thing I'd like you to try is run the Live USB/DVD that you used to install with and see if sound works there. If it works, run sudo alsactl store followed by cat /var/lib/alsa/asound.state in the terminal and paste the output here. Then boot back to your installed version and in the...
