Maybe connect ethernet cable and accepting all the preselections

After update 21 to 21.1 Vera , folders changed color from green to orange .
When i choose green in properties only a little stripe of green appears in right corner .
What to do ? I would love to have my mint green back !

Is it a connection issue

Can you start Mac OS from external ? If everything is OK you know there is no connection problem .
Did you check the integrity of your ISO ?
