Ok maybe it would be wrong to post here... but I didnt find a better post for this ... MY network is ( belive it or not ) unprotected and by that I`m saying no wep or wpa , just mac restricted ... But the network menager does not have that option , at least its not giving me that option Only wep is ...

Ok I may be new here but ... @Husse dude I my self am quite a distro wanderer and from my experience most linux distros that use grub do the same thing as PCLinuxOS if not told otherwise , there is only a handfull that will recognize other linux installs and add them to the menu ...
