If you point your browser at http://www.linuxmint.com/ you will arrive at the Main page for Linux Mint. You may go to all the various sections of the site by clicking on the options provided.

It's in the Package Manager (Synaptic) Just search for gparted. Alternatively, launch the terminal and type
