Second SSD

Recently installed 19.1 cinnamon... Love it! I had a second hard drive in place at installation time. When I boot now it is mounted but unusable if I umount it using root password and then just open it again as non root everything ok. What do I have to change so that after boot time it will be avail...

I have since tried it on a laptop running windows and again dead as a doornail.......
As you said guessing it has been fatally injured at some point.
It has had next to no use so rather infuriating.

After trying to find out the functions of the options in iwlwifi.conf Remembered solving the same problem different operating system by entering this line at the end of the file:- "options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1" My thoughts were..........
